Understanding the Service
Standardised
Most services provide levels of standard or expertise, and hygiene is no real exception, but expectations are not commonplace and so standardising this is something we aim to achieve, so that customers know exactly what to expect.
Haigh Hygienic level cleans based on usage within the location, starting with Touch Point, to Enhanced and Deep Cleans, with descriptions below.
The area we presently cover (South of the Thames), but call for an estimate if outside the area.
Touch Point Clean
Base Level
Common Touch Points, which include door handles, switches and buttons used regularly.
Vacuuming regular walking areas, Mopping walking areas, wiping commonly used exterior surfaces, removing waste bags, clean mirrors, make beds and general tidy.
Enhanced Clean
Mid Level
Touch Point Level, with the addition of Basic Oven clean, Fridge Clean and organise, Tile wipe, Less commonly used surfaces wiped down, Basic descale, Polishing, Bathroom and Kitchen exterior cupboard sanitise and technology wipe down.
Deep Clean & End of Tenancy
Advanced Level
Enhanced Level, with the addition of Oven Clean, Fridge Sanitise, Interior of units clean, Carpet Wash (1/2 of total rooms maximum), Hard floor Steam, Wash out waste bins, Dust corners and Sanitise Kitchens & Bathrooms.
The End of Tenancy Clean is a similar level of sanitising as the Deep Clean, but all Carpets & Hard Floors Washed, Curtains Linted and Furniture moved to access all spaces within the property for cleaning.
